1.      Approval of minutes from 10/25/2022:  The minutes were approved by unanimous consent.

2.      Biology department discontinuing 2 co-terminal programs: BS Biology/Master of Biology and BS Biochemistry/Master of Biology with Biochemistry specialization. (Y. Lin) UGSC gives unanimous consent for Biology department to proceed.

3.      Periodic program review for BS in Communication, a program with four specializations: General, PTC, Science Journalism, and Technology & Business Journalism (G. Pulliam). UGSC accepts report by unanimous consent.

4.      Return of the NA grade (J. Gorzkowski): amended proposal is approved 14-1 with stipulation that the final sentence be removed from the proposed Bulletin copy describing the NA grade.

5.      Core Curriculum Assessment Committee reports on assessment of N (natural science/engineering) courses (K. Spink) and CS (computer science) courses (N. Menhart). The committee accepts by unanimous consent.

6.      A heads-up from J. Orgel about an item coming soon to our committee.
