1. Approval of the minutes for February 9, 2020. The minutes were approved by acclamation.

2.  Information item: ITM Curriculum Changes (Trygstad).

3.  Information item: CAEE Curriculum Changes (Corradi).

4.  Information item: CHEM Curriculum update (Leight)..

5. Announcement by chair: Final Memorandum of Understanding with National Louis University has been posted in the UGSC's Documents folder.

6. Proposed waiver for the Design Minor: brief discussion, to be continued (Alexis).

         Tentative language: "Students may count 3 credit hours of major requirements for the design minor."

7.  Add/Drop date changes, perhaps decoupling the two, continued discussion. Tabled.

8. Discussion: UGAA seeks guidance from UGSC about online-only course credit from American Council on Education (ACE) approved courses offered by Straighter Line, Study.com, Sophia.org and others--mostly lower-level core curriculum courses (Gorzkowski, Smith).

UGSC consensus (no vote was taken) is that UGAA should consult with individual academic units on a case-by-case, course-by-course basis.

9.  Discussion: Standards for Major vs. Minor curriculum changes under UGSC purview. Small working group to draft a policy for UGSC consideration:  K. Krishnamurthy, R. Trygstad, K. Spink; G. Pulliam added post-meeting.

10. Announcement by chair: Core curriculum changes passed by UGSC and UFC have cleared faculty objection phase and are now official.
