1.    Approval of minutes from 1/25/2022:  The minutes were approved by unanimous consent.

     2.    New Program Proposal from Applied Math: BS in Data Science [Kang, Ong] Approved by unanimous consent.

3.   Information item: As federal regulations now require a reporting to HLC when programs change by 25% or more, when you present your proposed changes to UGSC, you must indicate all program changes since the last HLC review which was in 2016 (the 2016 bulletin is online for comparison)

     4.   Periodic Review Form

a.   Form is ready and this process with Biology, Psychology, Architecture begins this semester

b.   When completing this form, indicate all changes made since the last HLC review in 2016

     5.  Information item: Biology Program changing the name of "Biology Electives" to "Technical Electives" (Lin). This is to facilitate dual degree programs.

     6.  Dual Degree Proposal in Biochemistry/Medicinal Chemistry (Leight). Will be voted on at next meeting.

7.  Information item (Gorzkowski): 1 hour course called UCS 100 for UG students who have completed all courses required for their degree but were not awarded their degree that semester (similar to the GCS courses at the graduate level). This will allow them to remain active in the system the semester they will be awarded their degree.

     8.  ARCH Program's math requirement to be reduced from 6 to 5 hours (Wetzel). Will be voted on next meeting.

9.   Information item: changes in CAEE programs (Kleps).

10.  Certificate in Recovery Support from Psyc (Sheehan)—passed with unanimous consent, with recommendation for standard, 30-day comment process.
