The meeting is a special meeting called by Prof. Voland for the purpose of review of the proposed BS degree in Business Administration and the proposed BS degree in Business Administration and Applied Science.

 

The meeting is chaired by Prof. Voland.

 

It is moved and seconded that

(a) The Undergraduate Studies Committee approves the concept of a BS degree in  Business Administration and of a BS degree in Business Administration and Applied Science.

(b) The Undergraduate Studies Committee reserves judgment on the proposed curricula for those degrees.

(c)  The Undergraduate Studies Committee expects that the Faculty Council will perform a further review of the proposed degrees.

The motion passes (12-5-1).
