Minor Change to BME Curriculum

·      The BME department approved the replacement of BME 330 (Analysis of Biosignals and Systems) with the ECE equivalent course, ECE 308 (Signals & Systems) in the BME UG curriculum in the spring 2018 semester. 

·      Prior to this approval the BME 330 and ECE 308 course instructors discussed the content of the two courses in detail and agreed that they cover the same objectives and content. 

·      Based on this and that fact that BME students meet the appropriate pre-requisites for ECE 308, the BME UG curriculum will be replacing BME 330 with ECE 308. 

·      For this change to be reflected in the UG bulletin it must be presented to the UGSC as an informational item.
